Description   This delicious coffee comes from the Mogiana region of Brazil (near the capital city of San Paulo), and it is grown on a family owned farm run by two brothers (Silvio and Celso).  The coffee is handpicked and dried in the fruit on African beds to allow for even drying and airflow around the beans. The farm uses no toxic chemical fertilizers or pestacides and practices environmentally friendly methods throughout its operation. It is currently in its second year of transition toward becoming a certified organic farm (a bit of a rarity in Brazil).
