Description   This delicious coffee was produced with the help of Slow Food International, a movement that supports small-scale producers who preserve crop varieties, agricultural practices, and food traditions. A Presidium, or an organized group of producers, was created in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala with the help of Slow Food. This Presidium of 170 small growers is organized through local cooperatives in three different communities: San Pedro Necta, La Libertad, and Todos Santos Cuchumatán.
