Description   This delicious coffee was produced by the CODECH (Coordinadora de Organizaciones de Desarrollo de Concepción Huista) Cooperative, an alliance of four local grower associations that dedicates part of it's proceeds to the regional Teachers and Women's Counsel.  The group members are all either Mam or Popti’ indigenous Mayans. This is a sweet, easy drinking coffee with hints of spiced chocolate, caramel and lemon.  Roasted medium.
