Freeport Coffee Roasting is
dedicated to the passionate enjoyment of all things coffee - from the
selection of amazing beans from exciting growing regions, roasting to
perfection and preparation in a way that makes our coffee your own.
We roast several times a week in our Maine microroastery in small
batches - meticulously watching over the progression of the roast,
taking into account the nuances of each coffee and then stopping the
roast at a level that honors the true flavors of the coffee.
And of course, we drink too much coffee. We get out of bed every
day excited about the coffees from the day before, and mornings at our
home see the kitchen surfaces covered with press pots, shot glasses,
steaming pitchers and splatters of espresso and fresh single origin
coffees.
We cup every batch we roast, and if we don't nail it, we won't sell
it.
Our goal for this business is roast great coffee and to share our
passion with you. We think quality coffee is an amazing culinary
experience, and if you agree, we'd like to be your roaster. And
