Espresso Nirvana is a blend fashioned after the Northern Italian style espressos that are roasted lighter than their Southern counterparts, with the goal of letting the flavors of the base coffees shine through.  Ours is a combination of dry-processed Brazil, Indonesian and Ethiopian coffees refined to show depth and richness in the cup, with superior crema and enough power to stand up to properly proportioned cappuccinos and lattes.  We also enjoy this prepared as a drip or French Press.
